This Privacy Policy describes how Morning Buzz LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website, morningbuzzllc.com (the "Site"). We keep the Site deliberately simple, and we collect as little information as possible.
Information you provide to us
The Site's contact form asks for your name, phone number and/or email address, the unit you're interested in, and an optional message. Submitting the form composes an email in your own email application addressed to us; the Site itself does not store your submission on any server. Any information you choose to send us by email or phone is received in our business inbox or phone and used to respond to you.
Information collected automatically
The Site is static and does not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts, or build visitor profiles. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — which we may access for security and operational purposes. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request data when fonts load.
Rental applications
Rental applications, background checks, and income verification are handled by Zillow, a third-party platform. Information you submit in an application goes to Zillow and is governed by Zillow's own privacy policy and terms. Screening reports we receive are used solely for evaluating tenancy applications, consistent with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable landlord-tenant law.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
