Who we are
Morning Buzz LLC is an owner-operated residential rental company established in 2023 and headquartered in Chicago's South Shore neighborhood. We own, maintain, and lease our properties directly — there is no third-party leasing office between our tenants and ownership.
Our portfolio spans two markets: a multi-unit building on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois, and a property in central North Carolina currently under renovation. We operate deliberately at a scale where ownership can stay personally involved in every tenancy.

What we do
We acquire, improve, and manage residential property for long-term rental. That covers the full cycle: renovation and upkeep, listing and showing available units, tenant screening, lease administration, and day-to-day property management. Because we hold our properties rather than flip them, our incentives run long — well-maintained units and stable, satisfied tenants.
How we operate
- Transparent listings. Every unit's status, monthly rent, and photos are published on this site and kept current by ownership — what you see is what's actually available.
- Direct communication. Inquiries go straight to the owners by phone or email, not to an answering service.
- Consistent screening. Rental applications, background checks, and income verification are handled through Zillow's application platform, applied uniformly to every applicant.
- Fair housing. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability.
